Socializing for Justice (SoJust) is all about building a cross-cultural, cross-issue progressive community, network and movement in Boston based on the Philosophy of Abundance. We're doing it by putting the SOCIAL back in SOCIAL JUSTICE. We host events twice a month to meet each other and make connections. No Program. No Speaker. Just Us. Newcomers always welcomed!
**You must be a member to RSVP or post an event on the message board. Not a member?
It's free to join - share as much or as little as you'd like about your connection to social justice.
We may seem like just another liberal social group but get involved to find outwhat we can create together!
Join us if you want to CROSS-PROMOTE your events and campaigns, are NEW TO THE AREA and looking for groups to get involved in, or you've been looking for LIKE-MINDED PROGRESSIVES to hang with in Boston. Join us if you are ready to go BEYOND ALLIES and build a CROSS-ISSUE PROGRESSIVE MOVEMENT.
YES, WE MEAN YOU. We've got members of all ages, races, genders, sexual orientations, levels of activism, and professions - born in Boston to just moved here. We hope you see someone like yourself and meet someone you otherwise wouldn't have.
Want to know about PROGRESSIVE EVENTS in Boston? We CROSS-POST events we hear about on the SoJust CALENDAR - see what's going on this week.

"As a professional photographer I gravitate towards social justice. In September I co-founded Visible Ink, a photography and writing project. I'd like to partner with others committed to social justice. I'd like to know more about your group."
"Hi! I'm Laura. I am from the Boston area, but spent the last 5 years in Minnesota attending Carleton College. Now I'm back, more aware of oppression and privilege than I was in high school, and want to meet other people who care."
